We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.
You have 30 days to request a store credit after receiving your item.
To qualify for a store credit, your item must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• With all tags still attached
We cannot accept returns on items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, or used.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected before a store credit is approved.
Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as FitCreature is not liable for lost packages during the return process.

1. Email contact@fitcreature.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Products
Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email contact@fitcreature.com.au immediately with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

💳 Refunds
Refunds are only granted for items with a genuine manufacturing defect.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Incorrect sizing resulting in stretching or seam damage
• Stains from makeup, deodorant, or fake tan
• Wear and tear from regular use over time
• Damage caused by improper care or neglect
If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or card provider.
Due to health and hygiene standards, FitCreature reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit for any worn, used, or damaged items.
