We want you to love your FitCreature gear. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

 

Change of mind returns

You may request a return for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

    •    Items are unworn, unwashed and unused

    •    Items are in original condition with tags attached

    •    Items are returned in original packaging

 

Change of mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the issue

 

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.

In these cases, FitCreature will cover return shipping costs where required.

 

Items not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

    •    Underwear

    •    Swimwear

    •    Items marked as final sale

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, let us know when you contact us and we will arrange an exchange where available.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair for major faults and other remedies for minor faults.
