Order processing

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During busy launch or sale periods, processing and dispatch may take between 1 to 4 business days.

Australia

• Standard shipping: $11.15

  • Estimated delivery 2 to 8 business days

• Express shipping: $14.95

  • Estimated delivery 1 to 4 business days

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

 

Delayed or lost packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

    1.    Check your tracking link first.

    2.    If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we will work with ShipStation and the courier to locate your parcel.

 

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
